2. All required images saved to a web server and the ability to obtain their URLs (web addresses).

Create a new feed

1. Click New Feed
2. Complete feed properties
3. Add items
4. Publish feed
5. Broadcast feed

Edit a feed

1. Click Open Feed
2. Edit properties (if necessary)
3. Edit items (if necessary)
4. Publish feed

Tips & Tricks

1. Try to keep the number ITEMS in any one feed to about 30 or 40. Create additional feeds if you have more items to add.
2. Always give your feed UNIQUE names. If you have two feeds of the same name, the second entry will permanently overwite the first. 
3. Keep your feeds updating frequently. This will keep subscribers interested and coming back frequently to your web site. 
4. Avoid dead-links. Check your feeds to ensure that the hyperlinks bring clickers to the correct page on your web site. 
5. To bring traffic back to your site, omit including the CONTACT details in the description section of real estate items. This will entice interested readers to click through to the full listing in your web site.
