Using Templates
The following templates should be opened in Microsoft Excel.
Remove any columns you do not need. Remember that some columns are critical and
must remain on your import file. These are denoted with an asterisk (*) next to
the column header. Comments have been added to column headers to advise on acceptable
data types and/or values for certain columns.
Once you have populated the templates with your data, choose to save them as Comma Separated Values (CSV)
file type. Give the file a name and save
it to a location on your computer or network which is accessible to your Commtraxx
RSS Builder. You will be advised that by saving as CSV you will lose formatting and functionality - click OK.
